About Julie Blake

Julie is a Certified I Feel Good Plant Based Food Coach. For 30 years Julie suffered from psoriasis and high cholesterol. Within two weeks of doing the I Feel Good 4 Week Program her psoriasis disappeared, four weeks later her cholesterol had dropped and she had lost 5kgs. Ten months on her psoriasis has not returned, she has more energy, feels more in control of her choices around food and just feels better all round. Her friends could see how it's changed her appearance and as a result she had a lot of people enquiring about what she was doing. Julie then became an I Feel Good Food Coach and now teaches people how to cook and live a healthy whole food plant based lifestyle.
