Do I need to buy organic ingredients? |
While organic is preferred when possible, isn't not 100% necessary. What's most important for good health is that we eat more vegetables and reduce or eliminate our meat, diary and processed food intake.
Adam has carefully designed the recipes so that you can buy most ingredients from any major supermarket.
There will be a few recipes in the 700+ recipe library that you may not be able to buy from a supermarket, but you can easily buy them online or from a health food store.
Will I need any fancy kitchen appliances? |
No. You will be able to make this food using the utensils that most households already have (pots, frying pan, chopping board, knife, wooden spoons etc).
Adam does recommend having a good high powdered blender for making some recipes, but a high powdered blender it's not essential. You can use a standard belnder.
