Meet Your Coach
My name is Adam Guthrie and I'm a qualified chef with a certificate in plant-based nutrition and I love food.
 
I always struggled with my weight and spent years dieting and tried really hard to lose weight. I often I did lose weight but when I stopped, I'd put it all back on and more. I tried everything, but always found myself never being able to stick to the diet because I was always hungry and I'd cave to the crave. 
 
At age 39 (I'm now 53yrs) I ended up obese had a heart attack. So I really do understand what it really feels like to be unhealthy, lack energy, be uncomfortable in my skin and clothes and feel vulnerable about my health.
 

After the heart attack I decided I needed to change and that I would no longer neglect my health. So I studied nutrition and combined it with my love of food and professional chef skills, to create meal plans to help me lose weight and keep it off. The meal plans had to be something that I could stick to long term - quick and easy meals, large portions and taste great so that I didn't feel deprived. As a result I lost weight, gained energy, got off all medications and even completed an Ironman Triathlon.

While organic is preferred when possible, isn't not 100% necessary. What's most important for good health is that we eat more vegetables and reduce or eliminate our meat, diary and processed food intake.

Adam has carefully designed the recipes so that you can buy most ingredients from any major supermarket.

There will be a few recipes in the 700+ recipe library that you may not be able to buy from a supermarket, but you can easily buy them online or from a health food store.

No. You will be able to make this food using the utensils that most households already have (pots, frying pan, chopping board, knife, wooden spoons etc). 

Adam does recommend having a good high powdered blender for making some recipes, but a high powdered blender it's not essential. You can use a standard belnder.

My name is Adam Guthrie and I'm a qualified chef with a certificate in plant-based nutrition and I love food.
I always struggled with my weight and spent years dieting and tried really hard to lose weight. I often I did lose weight but when I stopped, I'd put it all back on and more. I tried everything, but always found myself never being able to stick to the diet because I was always hungry and I'd cave to the crave.
 

At age 39 (I'm now 53yrs) I ended up obese had a heart attack. So I really do understand what it really feels like to be unhealthy, lack energy, be uncomfortable in my skin and clothes and feel vulnerable about my health.

After the heart attack I decided I needed to change and that I would no longer neglect my health. So I studied nutrition and combined it with my love of food and professional chef skills, to create meal plans to help me lose weight and keep it off. The meal plans had to be something that I could stick to long term - quick and easy meals, large portions and taste great so that I didn't feel deprived. As a result I lost weight, gained energy, got off all medications and even completed an Ironman Triathlon.
