Will Adam be cooking the meals and will I learn to confidently cook plant-based?
Yes, Adam sure is cooking the meals. While he is cooking he will show you all the tips and tricks to make healthy plant-based meals quicker than it takes to get take out. We will be doing cooking demonstrations and hands-on cooking classes daily. You will learn to make delicious everyday meals in 15 minutes or less.
Can specific dietary requirements be accommodated?
All meals will be whole food plant-based (without oil). Please let us know if you have any medical allergies or intolerances and we will ensure your meals do not contain those ingredients.
What if I'm not familiar with yoga will this retreat be suitable for me?
If you've never done yoga before that's okay. All classes are beginner classes designed for all ages and sizes. Yoga sessions are held daily, so there will be plenty of time to become familiar with the practice. It's a great way to get some guidance and experience with yoga and maybe even start a new healthy habit.
I'm not very good at meditating, will the retreat be suitable for me?
If you have not meditated before or feel like you struggle with meditation. That's okay. Part of the magic of the retreat is how it takes you to deep stillness and peace. All you have to do is show up and follow the steps and all will be good!
What should I bring?
The weather will likely be warm in March so pack some fun day-to-day clothes, swimmers, comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation and some warmer clothes for the night time if it gets a little cooler.
Will there be time to just relax?
Absolutely, we have scheduled plenty of time to enjoy the retreat space and relax, unwind and rejuvenate. Enjoy a swim in the pools, sunbathe, walk around the stunning property, meditate, chat, nap, journal, etc...
How do I get to the retreat?
You can either fly or drive. The closest airport is Ballina/Byron. From the airport you can either hire a car or book a shuttle bus. What most people do is carpool with other retreat folk. You will all be put into a private facebook group to discuss these sorts of things prior to the retreat. Gold Coast airport is also very accessible and offers more choice on flight times.
Is there internet/WiFi?
Yes, there will be free WIFI provided. You're more than welcome to use any pause time to get on top of emails or scroll social media. Even better, why not use this retreat as an opportunity to disconnect from technology and reconnect to you and to nature. All are welcome!
Is my plane ticket included?
Airfares and travel are not included.

Depending on where you are from, you will need to check what your requirements are to enter Australia.
