I Feel Good Living The Plant Based Way is a 4-Week interactive video-based coaching program that teaches you how to eat, move and pause the plant based way. It's designed to help you heal your body, lose weight, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, increase your energy and improve the quality of your life. 

This is not a regular health, fitness and eating program, it’s a program based on Adam Guthrie's personal experience of living the plant based lifestyle. A way of eating and living that transformed his health from an overweight 39yr old unfulfilled guy, who had a heart attack. To getting of all medication, losing 30kg (66lb) and doing one of the toughest endurance events in the world… an Ironman Triathlon!

What's Included In The Program?

Creating and maintaining good health isn’t easy when you have unhealthy habits and a busy life. It requires knowledge and transformation. You need to know what to eat, how to move and how to pause. The I Feel Good Living The Plant Based Way program provides you with the roadmap or guidance to fast-track your way to good health, healing, weight loss and feeling good. The program is easy to follow and your coaches Adam Guthrie and Anna Chisolm will be with you every step of the way, guiding you and helping you transform your health.

We teach you how to prepare delicious, fast, fresh, simple plant-based whole food recipes.
You will receive comprehensive meal plans and shopping lists. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.


If you're following a plant based diet, exercise can improve your results. It assists with your weight loss and improves your mental health and happiness. Our exercise suggestions are fun and easy.


Pausing is not often included in a health program, but it's essential for good health. Our relaxation and meditation exercises will help you find balance and releasing the stress and pressure of everyday life.


How The Program Works?

You could not be in a better place if you want to heal you body, reduce your cholesterol and blood pressure, increase your energy, lose weight and improve the quality of your life. This program has been design so we start together and finish together, which means it's fun and we all receive the support and encouragement we need to live the plant based way.

Here's how it works...

  • Enrol online. It’s as easy as entering your details and making a one-off payment.

  • You'll then be taken to a page where you create your membership username and password.

  • You will then gain instant access to the membership area where you watch your welcome video.

  • You will receive a email from Adam and Anna which will contain a link that you can use to access your program at anytime.

  • A week prior to the start date you will commence Kickstart, it's about preparing yourself for the four weeks ahead.

  • Then you follow the 4-week eat, move and pause plan and be educated on a whole food plant based diet via the video lessons.

  • Receive motivation, inspiration and have your questions answered by attending the live weekly group video coaching session.

  • Keep track of your progress with your daily journal.

  • Encourage and support each other in the private facebook group.

  • Celebrate your success. You've done it. Then harness your momentum and create a compelling future.

Kickstart

Is about getting set up for the four weeks ahead. You will:

  • Set your goals and be clear on why you want to achieve them.

  • Visit your doctor for a blood test. We will be revisiting these at the end of the program.

  • Learn the 3 gifts and the 6 poisons.

  • Set up your plant based kitchen.

  • Download your I Feel Good Journal.

Your 4 Week Program

Each week you will receive:

  • Video lessons about plant based nutrition. Over the four weeks you will learn about where to get your protein, calcium and iron on a plant based diet. You will learn about vitamins and minerals, fats and oils, carbs and sugars, calorie density and fibre. 

  • A meal plan with shopping list and recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

  • An fun and enjoyable daily move program, to help you lose weight and feel good.

  • A daily pause exercises, to help you release stress and create more peace and balance in your day. 

  • A weekly video webinar group coaching session to answer all your questions and ensure you are supported throughout the program.

  • Daily support through our private facebook group.

Graduation

You have done it, now it's time to celebrate!

You've completed your 4-week program. It's now time to visit the doctors for another blood test and take your measurements. What next? Celebrate your success and create a compelling future!

When you graduate you will receive:

  • A graduation certificate, as a record of your participation.

  • A downloadable PDF with your meal plans, exercise plans, pause plans and recipes.

  • A celebration video coaching session including how to maintaining moment living the plant based way.

Anna Chisholm

Anna Chisholm is a Plant Based Health Coach, and Co-found of I Feel Good Living The Plant Based Way. Anna has spent the last 10 years working in healthcare. She has extensive experience running cardiac rehabilitation groups in a hospital based setting. With a background in counselling and behaviour change, Anna has helped many people transition to a plant based diet. Having switched her own family to a vegan diet 9 years ago, Anna is passionate about teaching individuals and families the skills they need to eat the plant based way.

Adam Guthrie

Adam is living proof that wellness starts with our food choices. He went from having a heart attack at age 39, to getting off all medications, lose 30kg (66lbs) and completed one of the toughest endurance events in the world… an Ironman Triathlon. Adam is a qualified chef and a plant based health coach. He has a certificate in plant based nutrition and writes for EatWell and Wellbeing Magazines. He is the founder of I Feel Good Living The Plant Based Way and Co-founder of Pineana, the Vegan Asian Inspired Salad Noodle Bar in Avalon Beach NSW.
