Hi, I'm Adam Guthrie and at age 39, I had a Heart Attack. I was overweight, unfulfilled and depressed. Then I discovered a simple natural way of eating and living that helped me get off all medication, lose 30kg (66lb) and gain enough energy to do one of the toughest endurence events in the world, an Ironman Triathlon.

I’m a Professionally Qualified Chef, have a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition and have helped thousands of people through my programs, courses, and meal plans to discover how they too can cook healthy whole food plant-based meals to improve their health, lose weight, gain energy and feel good!
