And we know we should exercise more and get more sleep. But it’s so tough to get ourselves to do that unless we tackle the problem with the right strategy. Kickstart week is all about teaching you the right strategy. You learn how to think like a healthy person, you learn what a whole food plant based diet is (and isn’t), you get your kitchen set up for the weeks ahead and you set your intention about why you want to eat this way. 

Weeks 2, 3 & 4 - Eat, Move & Pause

About Adam Guthrie

7 years ago at the age of 39, Adam was overweight, unfulfilled and had a heart attack. That moment changed everything. It inspired him to get busy living and start taking care of myself. So he went on a journey to transform his life - to feel better, do better and help others do the same.

Today, Adam is 30kg lighter, is off all medications, completed an Ironman Triathlon and writes, speaks, and mentor on the topic of plant based living.

Adam is also a qualified chef, holds a certificate in plant based nutrition and has inspired thousands of people to discover how they to can lose weight, gain energy, feel good and live a life they love through his cooking classes, meal plans, talks, retreats, mentoring programs and online communities.
