I then discovered a simple natural way of eating that I could apply my chef skills and as a result it helped my get off all medication, lose 30kg (66lb) and gain enough energy to do an Ironman Triathlon.
I Created The I Feel Good Cooking School To Teach Professional Chefs and Everyday Cooks How To Cook Whole Food Plant Based Food.
In the course I teach you what chefs learn at chefs school, but its all whole food plant based. I teach you cooking methods, flavour profiling and so much more. By the end of the course you will know how to easily create delicious vegan meals without the need for a recipe.
