The following fees will apply as of the date of receipt of written cancellation notice:

Any statements made at the event are not intended in any way as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, cure, treatment, or prevention of any disease or illness. Regardless of your current state of health, Please consult with your medical practitioner before making any changes to your current diet and lifestyle. Results May Vary: the weight loss and health results testimonials presented at the I Feel Good Plant-Based Weekend Event are in no way a guarantee of results. Individual weight loss and healthy results, including amount and time, will vary. Whether genetic or environmental, it should be noted that food intake, rates of metabolism and levels of exercise and physical exertion vary from person to person. This means weight loss and health results will also vary from person to person. No individual result should be seen as typical.

2. Solicitation

We assume all who are attending the event are doing so because they desire to learn more about a Plant-Based Lifestyle. You are not to use this event to promote your particular company, product or business opportunity. This is not permitted. You agree not to directly or indirectly solicit other event attendees for your business, products or services during or after attending the I Feel Good Plant-Based Weekend Event.

3. Event Recordings

You acknowledge and agree that the I Feel Good Plant-Based Weekend Event will be recorded and that Adam Guthrie and I Feel Good Pty Ltd shall own any and all recordings in any format and may in its sole and absolute discretion use any recordings for promotional and marketing purposes. You irrevocably authorise I Feel Good Pty Ltd to use your face, voice, materials, name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes and materials in print, online and/or any other format. You also will not record
the Event or any part of it and will not use the name and likeness of Adam Guthrie and I Feel Good or any I Feel Good Pty Ltd event staff, speakers or any other attendees for any purpose.

BY ATTENDING THE I FEEL GOOD PLANT-BASED WEEKEND EVENT, YOU AGREE THAT THE OWNERS, SPEAKERS, DISTRIBUTORS, PARTICIPANTS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS OF I FEEL GOOD PTY LTD (COLLECTIVELY, "I FEEL GOOD PTY LTD") ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY OR LOSS IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY CONTENT PROVIDED AT THIS EVENT.

YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT I FEEL GOOD PTY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RECOMMENDED, AND THAT I FEEL GOOD PTY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS/INFORMATION DELIVERED OR PUBLISHED IN THOSE PRODUCTS OR AT THIS EVENT.

I FEEL GOOD PTY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LIABILITY, LOSS OR RISK, PERSONAL OR OTHERWISE, WHICH IS INCURRED AS A CONSEQUENCE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OF THE USE AND APPLICATION OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE IT OFFERS, INCLUDING ANY INFORMATION AT THIS EVENT/S, ON ITS WEBSITES, COACHING AND ANY CHANGE IN A PARTICIPANTS DIET.
