BBQ Vegetables and Vibrant Salads
In this class you will learn...
How quick and easy it is to cook Vegetables on the BBQ, plus how to make tasty, healthy, vibrant salads. The class will consists of a fun and informative demonstration and you will receive a wealth of practical day to day cooking tips while you sit back and enjoy the show. At the end of the demonstration you will enjoy a meal of all the recipes demonstrated. We use the best organic ingredients and all recipes contain no animal or dairy products.

Your tutor...
Adam Guthrie is a qualified chef and has been vegetarian for 18 yrs. Adam completed his apprenticeship in 1992 at the Baker and the Bunyip Restaurant in Berry (one of the first restaurants on the South Coast to be featured in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide). He followed this with a stint working in vegetarian restaurant in the UK. In 1994 he opened Adam and Eve’s Garden of Eatin’ in Nowra which pioneered vegetarian food in the area. Later he opened, as head chef, Perfect Break Vegetarian Cafe for Natural Necessity Surf Shop in Gerringong. Adam now spends his time creating delicious, healthy pure vegetarian food and shares it with the world through cooking classes, DVDs and cookbooks.
